Our Story
Inversionistas y Exportadores S. de R. L. arose from a need to properly handle and recycle the byproducts that the textile industry in Honduras was generating, thus contributing to the protection of the environment. The company started out in the garage of one of the founding members with 15 people and quickly grew, resulting in the need to expand our facilities. Land was purchased in aldea Rio Blanquito, Cortes to build our own manufacturing plant which was completed in the year 2004. We also acquired our first rag tearing machine which allowed the processing of a more diverse range of textile material. By the year 2010 Invex became part of Grupo Industrial Rio Blanquito SA de CV and has continued to expand. Today Invex has more than 175,000 sq/ft of manufacturing and warehouse space.
